FluoriCa-8 AM is a cell-permeable calcium ion indicator that is metabolized by intracellular esterase, leading to a bright green fluorescent signal upon calcium ion binding. FluoriCa-8 AM has brighter fluorescence than Fluo-4 AM and is excellent for applications where dye concentration must be minimized.
