Bangs(polysciences)提供单分散的聚苯乙烯乳胶微球(PS02N),表面无功能基团,可用作尺寸标准品或标记物,或通过吸附表面蛋白质用于诊断测试和测定。参见TechNote 204 TechNote 204 Web.pdf 。我们的微球通过乳液聚合合成,直径约为20nm-90μm,粒径CV为5-10%。对于需要高度严格的CV(例如2-5%)的应用,请联系华泰昕公司。大多数产品以悬浊液的形式提供,保存液为去离子水含有表面活性剂和叠氮钠,一般浓度为10%(100mg / mL)。

许多蛋白质可以容易且稳定地吸收到疏水的非官能化微球体上。二乙烯基苯(DVB)赋予我们的交联球体额外的溶剂和耐热性。除非另有说明,PS和PS / DVB微球可以这些标准量的~10%固体(w / w)水悬浮液获得,规格包装单位:0.5g,1.0g,1.5g,5.0g。
